I have imperfections, can you make me look good?
Yes! None of us has a perfect body. Even supermodels get photoshopped to perfection. I will guide and pose you in a way that is flattering for you, and I also enhance your boudoir images with the best editing tools. In editing, I will be removing flaws, giving you glowing skin, removing all of those dots and dimples. If you still have reservations - don't worry! Let’s talk about!
Do you photoshop/edit the images?
Yes, yes and yes! I edit each image personally. It’s important to me that you know - only you and I will see your images. Images are NEVER sent to a third-party for editing. We will also discuss your preferences in retouching during your consultation.
Can I get the digital copies of my images?
For sure! We’re happy to offer different products and collections to meet your needs, including digital images for your personal use!
What products do you offer?
We offer albums in all sizes, printed portraits, digital images, calendars - you name it! We find that our clients love the albums though!
I'm nervous, what should I do?
Truth is that everyone’s a little nervous at first. But I promise you will have a good time, and by the end of your boudoir session, you’ll feel amazing! I will guide you every step of the way! I will pose you from head to toe, coaching you through your facial expressions, and showing you exactly what to do. It’s really fun – and you will love your images!
What is your style?
Airy, light, feminine, editorial. I am constantly fine-tuning my craft and style to reflect the feminine nature of the female form. I pride myself on choosing the right makeup and hair artists to achieve the same style as well.
Where does the session take place?
Our studio is located in downtown Greensboro, in a historic home. We also are happy to shoot in the privacy of your home; if that makes your more comfortable but the majority of our clients come to the studio to get the full experience.
Will you post my images on the internet?
I would love to share your beautiful boudoir portraits on my website, but I will only share if you consent. Otherwise, they are for your eyes only. I take confidentiality and your privacy very seriously, and images are secure and only displayed with written permissions.
Should I have hair and makeup done?
I recommend you have your hair and makeup professionally styled for your boudoir portrait session. While each woman is naturally beautiful, we also know there’s nothing like being spoiled with pampering, primping, and a little professional preparation so you feel your most glam! For this reason, we only work with the best local makeup and hair artists to make sure you look and feel amazing.
How long will it take to receive everything?
Your private online viewing gallery will be available within 7 days of your session (rush accommodations can be made). Once your favorite photos from your boudoir session are selected, prints, books, and albums will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
What should I bring?
After our consultation, I will provide you wardrobe suggestions that will help you build your outfits for your photo session. I’ll also help with other tips/suggestions and ways to prep for your session so that you are 100% ready! We do not have a closet of lingerie. . . I believe that lingerie should represent YOU – your style, your fit, and your favorite colors.
Can my partner join me in my session?
We have special collections for couples boudoir; we can discuss this during your consultation.
How far in advance should I book?
To give you the full experience I highly suggest at least 6 weeks between your session date and the date that you need completed products. Be sure to book with this in mind and allow plenty of time-based on your needs. We can do a rush process however if needed - but deadlines for orders and communication are vital to be able to turn your items around on time.
How can I pay you? What is the deposit?
We typically require 50% due at booking with the remainder due the day of your session. If you book far enough in advance we can arrange a payment plan if needed. We take all major forms of payment - and our invoices are sent online!
