Since the very moment I met Janay, I have loved her personality! She is literally the most sweet and genuine person and I feel so very honored call her a client and friend! Sam, on the other hand, I didn’t get the privilege of meeting until the engagement session. Let me tell you, he matched me joke for joke, pun for pun and definitely gave me a run for my money on funniest person in the group! He was such a trooper the whole day, this firefighter turned model for a day truly fits Janay to a tee!
Our session started in a little park near downtown Charleston. Janay’s one request was mossy trees, and since they drove all the way down to Charleston for their engagements I had to deliver! We walked around, taking advantage of the open opportunities and avoided the prom mob like a plague! There must have been a hundred high schoolers all decked out for prom getting their photos done right at the same time!
A slight outfit change and we headed to the heart of downtown! Bay street was hustling and bustling, but these two truly trusted me and we escaped down private secluded alleys, full of old world charm and beautiful architecture! It was so very easy to work with both Janay and Sam. In fact, it was more of just an adventure than a photo shoot! I am so very excited for their wedding this October at Millikan Farms, As each month passes I look forward to a strengthening bond as both friend and client and a whole lot of pretty pictures!
